Donation Drive

A key aspect of our roles as members of the Big Pond community is our impact on the local community. In pursuit of sustainable action we are excited to be donating to local charities across Dublin.

What can I donate?

You can donate furniture, stationery, books, money(euros), bedding, sanitary products, hangers, food, toiletries, electronics, clothes, shoes, and pretty much anything else! Also please ensure that all items you donate have been washed/cleaned.

What can’t I donate?

Opened food products. Used notebooks. Dirty/torn clothing. Anything that is broken.

Where can I leave my donations?

Please drop your donations off at the Big Pond office. If the office is unmanned, the staff at reception will give you access or you can contact the on-call RA. Please do not leave donations outside the office as this is a fire hazard.

When can I donate?

From Wednesday, 8 April! We will be accepting donations right up until you depart. You do not have to bring all your donations in one go, feel free to drop by your items as you finish with them.
